ABOUT US:
It probably goes without saying that all of us, like most of New Zealand, are looking forward to the Xmas/New Year break after such a challenging year. Over the last few months we have put considerable effort into improving even further our website and have launched our Facebook and Twitter service which we feel will allow us to even better respond to your requirements as well as enabling you to have a chance to interact with us in this social environment. We look forward to seeing you there!During October our Manager for Clinical Standards and Education, Pip Cotterell, travelled to Melbourne for the Australian Military Conference. It was a great opportunity for us to reinforce our knowledge and understanding of new advances in Military Medicine while at the same time supporting MedChannel Ltd who distribute the CAT Tourniquet and the Emergency Bandage in Australia on our behalf. In November it was our privilege to be a sponsor for the New Zealand Flight Nurses Symposium in Hamilton. This was an excellent, well attended conference with a range of quality clinical papers being presented. Our congratulations to the organising committee on a job well done.
