For those of you who receive our regular Facebook posts you will have seen that from the beginning of this year we have had a new staff member join our team.  As part of our ongoing plans to strengthen even further our level of customer support we are pleased to welcome Kevin Hogg to undertake and further enhance our customer services.  We know that Kevin will enjoy both receiving your calls and providing you with the information and service that you require.

You will have also seen on our Facebook page that we have been involved with the RNZAF as they review several rescue devices for use in helicopter winch operations.  This has been an interesting exercise for us and we are grateful to the RNZAF for providing us with the opportunity to participate.

During this period we have also had the opportunity to work with the NZ Red Cross as they further develop their already excellent major incident response systems.  This has been very worthwhile for our company, it is always great to work with professionals who are dedicated to improving even further the skilled and devoted service that they provide.
