- 1 x Crepe Bandage
- 1 x Cutting Shears
The pack can also include all the above burn dressings and a 91cm x 76cm Burn Wrap Blanket. The burn wrap blanket consists of a scientifically formulated cooling gel and a carrier. The gel is biodegradable, bacteriostatic and water soluble. The carrier is a 100% worsted wool with an intercellular weaver capable of absorbing up to 13 times its own weight.
When placed on the victim, the burn wrap blanket helps stop the burn progression, eases the pain, cools the skin, protects against airborne contamination and stabilises the victim for transportation, all in one simple, easy step. It can also be used to extinguish flames on a victim, protect from intense heat and extinguish small fires.
